Shipping policy

At Temple | Mind. Body. Spirit. Wealth, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
During high-volume periods, new product drops, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • U.S. Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after the label is created.


Shipping Delays

Temple is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Once the package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check:

  • Your mailbox

  • Neighbors

  • Your front/back door

  • With your building management (if applicable)

If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately at Hello@a2zdesign.art


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Temple is not responsible for packages refused due to unpaid customs or taxes.


Address Errors

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Temple is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an error is noticed quickly, contact us immediately. Once a package is shipped, we cannot change the destination.
